Fill in at least the fields marked with an asterisk (*) and click Submit. You will then receive the subscription number and download instructions by email. Remember to use a valid email address. Otherwise you will not receive the subscription number needed in the installation.
Note: Before installing the ISTP software, remove all existing F-Secure software from your system. It is recommended that you do a full backup before installing the ISTP version. Also, install only on a special testing computer or a separate Windows installation.
Note: To activate the ISTP subscription, use the subscription number that you received in the registration email.

Report (in English) any issues with the Technical Support form. Before submitting a new request, please review the Release Notes. Note that no telephone support is available for the ISTP.
If you are reporting a technical problem, please attach F-Secure system summary report to the feedback. To collect the system summary report, you need to have administrator rights.
In Windows 2000 and XP, select first Start | All Programs | F-Secure Technology Preview, right-click on Collect system data, select Run as and finally select to run the program as administrator. In Windows Vista, select Start | All Programs | F-Secure Technology Preview, right-click on Collect system data and select Run as administrator.
