Q1. What happens if an operation has been assigned to a computer but for some reason it has been pending for a long time?
This applies to F-Secure Protection Service for Business version 3.0 and newer.
There may be situations where a computer may not be communicating with the portal server for a longer period. For instance, the computer may have been switched off, or it does not have network connectivity for a long time.
If there is an operation assigned for a computer, it will be pending up to 14 days. If the computer does not communicate with the portal during that time, the operation will be automatically removed from the portal.
