Q4. Why are the results not visible in the portal even though an operation has been completed on the computer?

This applies to F-Secure Protection Service for Business version 3.0 and newer.

If the results of an completed operation are not visible in the portal, the reason is most likely in the delay caused by the polling times. It may take up to two hours before the results of an operation show up in the portal.

In some rare cases the results will still not be visible in the portal even after the polling times. In these cases, it may be necessary to assign the operation again to the computer if it is necessary to see its results also in the portal.
