Q1. What is the difference between an account and a user on the portal?
This applies to F-Secure Protection Service for Business version 3.0 and newer.
Accounts are created for F-Secure partners, resellers and customers. The account will hold all the data from the partner, reseller or customer.
One account may have one or several users. They are typically the administrators from the given partner, reseller or customer. The user can log in to the portal and, depending on the user rights, view or change settings and monitor the statistics. Please note that some customers may not have the right to access the portal at all.
