Q3. What characters are supported in the user names and passwords?
This applies to F-Secure Protection Service for Business version 3.0 and newer.
The F-Secure Protection Service for Business portal server allows any characters in all the supported languages and their character sets to be used in the user names. However, the passwords can contain only the following characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, space, _, -, ,, @ and ‘.
