BackWeb security update. This update fixes security problem found in the F-Secure BackWeb 6.31 client version where a normal local user could gain system rights via BackWeb user interface. Please notice that this vulnerability cannot be exploited by the remote user.
F-Secure recommends all customers using F-Secure BackWeb 6.31 to apply this hotfix. If earlier version of F-Secure BackWeb is used, F-Secure recommends updating the Product suite to a version which has at least Backweb 6.31 or newer. Please notice that this problem doesn't exist in F-Secure Anti-Virus Client Security, F-Secure Internet Security 2003, F-Secure Anti-Virus 2003, F-Secure Internet Security 2004, F-Secure Anti-Virus 2004, F-Secure Policy Manager 5.5x or in Personal Express products.
