Q 2. What is included in the purchase price?
The purchase price includes the following:
- Program package in electronic format
- Program manuals in electronic format (requires free Adobe Acrobat Reader from http://www.adobe.com)
- Purchase notification e-mail containing download and customer support information sent directly after the purchase
- Program in backup CD, if ordered
- Support and maintenance service, valid for one (1) year from the date of online purchase including:
- Web based FAQ's
- Updates, bug fixes and program upgrades.
Support and maintenance service can be purchased thereafter against an annual fee.
