Q 5. Can I order the software on CD?
Standard F-Secure eStore price includes only electronic delivery - you can download the product after purchasing it from the eStore.
By paying an additional price during the purchase process, you will get the software also on CD.
The CD is recommended especially for customers who have a slow Internet connection such as a modem.
Once your purchase is accepted, the CD is shipped to you on the next working day from Germany. The delivery time depends on your location. For example, delivery to Finland takes less than a week.
If you have not ordered the CD during the purchase, we recommend that you burn a backup CD yourself. As the product is delivered in one file, it is quite easy to do it with a home CD burner. When you have a backup, you can reinstall the product when needed.
