Product License Key

Q 3: I have two installations with the same license key and the first installation stopped working. How do I get it to work again?

Uninstall the product from both computers and then reinstall it on the first computer. This will activate the subscription on the first computer again.

Before you supply the license key, please make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet as the key needs to be validated from F-Secure servers.
