Q 5: How do I renew my subscription?
To renew your subscription you will need to purchase a product upgrade from F-Secure eStore at http://www.f-secure.com/estore/renewal-center/.
After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing a new subscription key and an installation link to the product upgrade. Do one of the following:
- Download and install the product upgrade.
- Continue using your current product version by entering the new subscription key.
To download and install the product upgrade:
Please follow the instruction provided in the email you receive after your purchase. After the installation, your subscription key is renewed automatically.
To continue using your current product version by entering the new subscription key:
- Double-click the blue F-Secure Internet Security icon
 on your Windows system tray at the bottom right corner of your screen to open the main menu:
- On the Home tab, click Change on the Subscription status line and select Change key from the displayed pop-up menu.
The subscription key entry window is displayed:
- In the field, enter your subscription key and click Register. Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet as the key needs to be validated from the F-Secure servers. Once validated, your new subscription key is automatically activated.
Note: If you have not yet purchased a product upgrade, select Renew Online from the pop-up menu to connect to F-Secure eStore where you can buy online.
- Click OK to finish and close the main menu window.
