Product License Key
Q 8. I have lost my license key. What should I do?
You can view the orders that you have placed and retrieve your product license key from Asknet Customer Support. Click "My account" and log in by entering the e-mail address that was used for the order and the password that you received in the order confirmation e-mail.
On My Account page, you can view your orders, order a copy of the order confirmation e-mail, download the product purchased (if not done earlier) and order a CD of the product if you did not do so when placing the original order.
