Q3. I use the home server for backing up my files. Are the files scanned for viruses while being backed up or restored?
No. F-Secure Home Server Security 2009 does not scan files that are backed up to the server, or restored to a home computer. To prevent malware from being backed up, or restored, we recommend that you install F-Secure Internet Security on your home computer.
