Q1. How do I install F-Secure Internet Security
2005?
To install the product, you need: either the
product CD or a downloaded version
of the product, a valid subscription number, and an Internet connection.

Important!
This software cannot be installed to a
computer using other antivirus or/and firewall software. Please
uninstall them prior installation. |

Important!
If you are using Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 or Windows XP and have
more than one account, you have to log in as an administrator before
the installation. |
To install the downloaded product:
Check your email for download and installation
instructions. Follow the instructions and download the prodcut package
to your computer. Double-click the product package icon to run the Installation Wizard and
follow the instruction on your screen. When asked, enter you
subscription number (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). Your subscription is
sent to you by email from element5. If not, please contact element5 at
the following URL: http://www.element5.com
To install the product from the CD:
When you insert the CD the installation should
launch automatically. If it does not, browse to the root folder of the
CD and double-click 'autorun.exe' or 'is2005.exe' to
start the installation. Follow the Installation Wizard and
enter your subscription number (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) when it is
asked for. Your subscription number is printed on the back cover of the
user manual that is inside the product package.
