Q16. My Sony/Ericsson Mobile no longer synchronizes with Outlook. What can I do?

You will need to add a firewall rule and remove the F-Secure Parental Control feature.

Create the firewall rule allowing these ports (see, “How can I create a rule using a service that is not listed?”):

• TCP 3000-3004, both directions
• UDP 3000-3004, both directions

To remove the Parental Control feature:

1. Open command prompt from Windows Start menu -> Run.
2. Type 'CMD' and press Enter.
3. Type ‘CD \’ and press Enter.
4. Type ‘CD program files’ and press Enter.
5. Type ‘CD f-secure Internet Security’ and press Enter.
6. Type ‘fsuninst /uninstregkey:"F-Secure Web Filter"’ and press Enter. The uninstallation wizard starts.
7. Complete the wizard and restart the computer after the uninstallation is finished.

The Parental Control component should be removed from F-Secure Internet Security.

Restart your computer again and reconnect your mobile
