The Help button does not seem to work. No Help file appear when I press F1. What should I do?
Sometimes uninstalling the Parental Control Web Filter can cause the Help button to malfunction. To reinstall Parental Control, you will need to reinstall F Secure Internet Security. After reinstallation, reboot your computer. The Help button should now work.
