Subscription and Registration
Q6. My subscription is already registered. How can I transfer my subscription to another computer?
If you make a second installation of the product to another computer using the same subscription number, the subscription will be transferred to the new computer. The old installation will stop working. If you have problems transferring the subscription from one computer to another, do the following:
- Uninstall F-Secure Internet Security from both computers: Windows Start menu -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
- Restart the computer.
- Delete the F-Secure Internet Security folder in the installation directory: C:\Program files\F-Secure Internet Security
- Reinstall F-Secure Internet Security.
- After entering your subscription and registering, a message will inform you that the subscription is already registered to another computer: Click ‘Next’ and F-Secure Internet Security will be registered to your computer again.
