Installation
Q10. I installed or upgraded F-Secure Internet
Security but cannot see the product icon on the system tray. What
should I do?
You can try the following:
- In Windows XP, icons may be hidden. Click the arrow button on the Windows system tray (next to the clock) to see the hidden icons.
- Open Task Manager. Check that the
fsm32 process is visible.
- If the process is visible, use the Diagnostic Utility tool for generating an fsdiag file. Send the file to our technical support.
- If the process is not visible, try to install the product again.
