Subscription and Registration
Q1. I have registered my subscription of F-Secure Internet Security 2009 but cannot install it. Why?
The most common reasons that may prevent the installation are the following:
- You still have other antivirus or firewall product installed on your computer. Please remove this product manually before installing the F-Secure Internet Security 2009 product.
- Your computer might be infected with a virus, which prevents the installation. To check your computer for viruses, go to the URL http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtml. Use the F-Secure Online Scanner to scan your computer for possible virus infections and to remove them.
