Subscription and Registration

Q6. My subscription is already registered. How can I transfer my subscription to another computer?

If you make a second installation of the F-Secure Internet Security 2009 on another computer using the same subscription key, the subscription will be transferred to the new computer. The old installation stops working.

If you have problems transferring the subscription from one computer to another, do the following:

1. Uninstall the product from both computers:
   1. Click Start.
   2. Select Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
2. Do the following on the computer to which you want to transfer the subscription:
   1. Restart the computer to which you want to transfer the subscription.
   2. Delete the product folder in the installation directory: C:\Program Files\F-Secure.
   3. Reinstall the product.
   4. After you have entered your subscription key and registered it, a message informs you that the subscription is already registered to another computer. Click Next. The product will be registered to your new computer.
