Q4. I started a manual scan but it is very slow, or does not finish at all. What should I do?
This can happen if you are running some other programs on your computer at the same time. The other programs can be, for example, maintenance programs, such as scandisk or disk de-fragmentation. Please stop running other programs if you want the scanning to go faster.
