Q 1. I have problems with Mobile VPN when the firewall is enabled. What do I have to do to make it work?
The support for Mobile VPN was added in the version 2.20.12020. If you choose the Normal protection level you do not have to make any changes. If you are using the Custom protection level, you need to add these rules manually:
- UDP 500 (outgoing)
- UDP 4500 (outgoing)
The device must be restarted after the initial activation or uninstallation of Mobile Security to be able to use the VPN.
