Interoperability

Q 3. Activation / update does not work when connected to the device through Intuwave management. Why?

Intuwave opens a remote connection between the management console and the device desktop. This connection generates enough traffic to occupy all of the phone’s resources. This load prevents the system to perform SSL handshake with the update server, thus blocking the activation/update connections.
