Error message similar to below appears every now and then in Windows event log:
"The description for Event ID ( 4 ) in Source ( BackWeb Client - 4476822 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Failed to fetch user token (error = 127)."
The error message you have in your error log is only cosmetic, and does not affect F-Secure product usage. Automatic updates work regardless this error. The error message is related to Automatic Update Agent / BackWeb client starting so early as a service, when no user is logged on to computer. This will be fixed in future product versions.
It is still recommended to check regularly that anti-virus databases are up-to-date.
