Why some files cannot be scanned?
This is normal. FSAV can't open files that are locked by the operating system. This includes for example Windows swap file (pagefile.sys, win386.swp) and some other windows core components as well as some F-Secure related files. This type of files cannot be accessed normally during scan.
Try minimizing the number of open applications & open network connections while doing the scan.
